6-7-17 - EE: We have begun to recruit experienced members to assist in different levels of service. Currently we are reaching consensus on the general focus and goal of the mentorship group. We are gathering input from the involved members for this consensus. We hope to have are current task complete July RSC.
6-8-17 - EE: currently using firstname.lastname@example.org as email for contacting members due to not all members registered with NAFlorida.com or RSC website.

January 2013: Some work has been started and more is being done such as reviewing the current HRP form.

July 2013: Changes to HRP form being developed.
September 2013: Workgroup completed. Output of workgroup was a new HRP Volunteer form along with Help Wanted listing for current projects and RSC positions.
The purpose of the Bridging the Gap project is to provide a “Bridge” between Narcotics Anonymous meetings and people reentering their communities from in-patient treatment or incarceration.

September 2013 - Due to the resources that will be required for this project it has been given its own workgroup. Project plan powerpoint was presented after Area Support group.
November 2013 - Project Planning group met and discussed project plan milestones. Key deliverables are Project Team Recruitment (HRP) and develop Volunteer Recruiting Plan & Signup Tools (FD). Current signup tools are the help wanted page on the website along with the newsletter to get the word out. Other methods of the recruiting plan that were discussed were flyers and attending local learning days.
January 2014 - The Project Plan for Bridging the Gap Project is still being developed. The recruitment of volunteers will begin soon. We have had one member fill out a Volunteer Form for this project and we will contact them soon.
March 2014 - Development of the project continues. We now have 8 volunteers. Ideas for recruitment have been discussed such as fliers, post cards and visiting Area events.
This workgroup is formed with the primary purpose of defining and clarifying the difference between endorsement and cooperation.

September 2012: The workgroup has completed its work. A proposal was submitted at the September RSC and was tabled to HRP for review and recommendation.

May 2013: Proposal passed. Guide to Florida Regional Service will be revised accordingly.
This workgroup is created to especially discuss the issues surrounding the ”park meeting” incident in the Daytona Beach area and to make suggestions to FD on how to protect the public image in NA in local communities.
